Architect / Plan Drawer to convert PDF to CAD and make minor amendments

Design details: We are looking to apply for planning permission to convert a house into 2 self contained flat.

We have PDF plans (floorplans and elevations etc), but need some amendments made following feedback from planners:

1) Policy CS14 requires that any conversion scheme include at least one family sized unit (3-bed)

2) The Ground Floor extension being extended a little further to create approx 5 extra SqM

3) Adding a room on the Ground Floor to create a 3bed flat.

4) On the 1st Floor, put the kitchen where the dining is, and then combine the Living + new Dining together

5) Adding cycle storage in the front & back gardens

I have added three attachments showing the current and proposed floorplans as in my current PDF, and a drawing suggesting the Ground Floor Changes

The end product I need is revised plans suitable for submission to the council, but to do so, I think you'll need to convert them to CAD first so as to be able to make the above amendments.

Ideally, I'd like to have this completed by the weekend, but flexible if I have the right person and it may take a little longer.
