I have a 2d logo and a 10 sec HD video clip of water
I want the logo to rise out of the water, reveal and hold, with the water rippling around
I also want the logo in 3d and preferably also reflect on the rippling water

I have attached a screenshot of the basic idea what I would like to end up with
