38/39 Floor Plans

I need someone who can produce two detailed 2D floor plans, one for each of a pair of buildings from the PDF building regulations floor plans, showing key features. The buildings are x4 story residential (lower ground floor, ground floor, 1st floor & 2nd floor), they have a close match externally & are semi-detached next to each other, numbered 38 & 39, but have a different internal layout. We need a seperate detailed technical 2D drawing for each of 38 & 39.
