    Please can you provide some more details, such as number of floors, number of bedrooms etc? The size and complexity of the houses will determine the cost. Also the location of the proposed development as this determines local planning policy etc?

    I have some new build house plans from previous projects available which could be modified to assist you relatively quickly but if these are bespoke properties, that will affect price.

    Do you need structural dwg's? Or MEP services? I can provide MEP but any structural dwg's can only be completed by a qualified structural engineer so would need to be provided by others?

    For example, the site condition, plot size, number of houses, number of floors, and whether any initial drawings are available.

    You need to upload the planning drawing floor plans and elevations for people to know what they are bidding on. Anybody bidding without this information is a total chancer and will not be a 'competent' person, as you have requested.

    £500 is a total joke of a fixed price for building regs drawings for 3 houses, regardless of their size or complexity.
