Luxury print planner design — collector's edition, hard cover

I am launching a 90-day creative planner for independent artists, songwriters, and producers called The Room. The planner will be produced as a series of four volumes. I need a designer who can take my completed DOCX content file and design the full planner to a premium, collector's edition standard in A5 format.
The object and how it should feel

This planner needs to feel like something a creative is proud to carry, something collectable. Think of how the Stanley Cup became a cultural object, people didn't just want it because it worked, they wanted it because owning it said something about who they were. That's the standard. When an independent artist puts this on their studio desk or takes it to a session, it should feel like a deliberate, confident choice.

Not a notebook. Not a generic planner. An object with identity.
