Lay out a 300-page book

I need someone to do the layout for a 300 page book size 6"" x 9") to be published through Amazon Createspace (or is it now Kindle?) as both a paperback and ebook. It will also be printed as a paperback.

This means doing page numberings, putting chapter headings and book titles at top of pages, starting each section and chapter on right-hand pages, putting the notes at the end of the book - basically, making my Word document look like professionally-produced book.

The book is only about 50,000 words. But the slight complication for the layout is that there are probably over 100 diagrams/pictures. These are either newspaper clippings made into jpegs or charts .

Please only reply if you have done books for Amazon Kindle/Createspace before and if you live in Britain and your first language is English.

I have been let down by the person who should have done the work so if you're interested I hope you can start work quite soon.
