Landscape Picture Book Design

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a high-quality landscape picture book as a memorabilia from the first and only Pathfinder Camporee.

This will be a photo-based memory book, using photos we already have and will fully provide. The book will be shared digitally as a PDF and also prepared for professional printing. It will be offered to Pathfinder Clubs (similar to Scout clubs) as a keepsake of this special event.

We will provide:
• All photos from the Camporee
• All text content (thank-you messages, short information sections, acknowledgements)

Book Details:
• Format: Landscape A4
• Length: Approximately 160–180 pages (flexible)
• Content: Mostly photos, with some graphic elements, titles, and short text sections
• Output:
• Print-ready PDF (with correct bleed, margins, and colour setup)
• Digital PDF for sharing

Style & Quality:
• Clean, modern, professional design
• Strong attention to layout, consistency, and storytelling through images
• High-quality finish suitable as a long-term keepsake / memorabilia

Timeline:
We are flexible with timing. Sooner is preferred, but quality is the priority.

What we are looking for:
• Proven experience designing picture books, photo books, or large publications
• Strong portfolio showing multi-page layouts
• Experience with print-ready files
• Good communication and attention to detail
