Kindle book file creation

I have a word document that is approximately 200 pages and 50000 words that is formated for print at the moment. I need it converting to be formatted correctly on kindle and to be provided a manuscript file ready for me to upload on to KDP.

I need a correctly formatted contents section and for each chapter to begin on a new clean page. I can provide a pdf of how the wording needs to be laid out as well as a word document. I alos have a front cover already completed in pdf format. The book includes 1 picture file on page late on in the book.
