InDesign production for a manual/book

The book is 371 pages long, and I have done the first 70 pages. I need to find someone to take over the project from here, following exact paragraph styles and layout instructions from the author.

We would work somewhat together, doing the book in chunks. I would send each section that you do to the author who would reply with small edits. It is better to keep the fine editing to small sections at a time.

I need to work with someone who is fluent in English, and who has the most recent version of InDesign. Attached is a sample of five pages that are done, and an example of how the pages 71 and 72 input would be communicated.

I will send the content in PAGES.

I will do the cover, and then scan and drop in the illustrations at the end.
