I need an editor to create pdf magazine

I have already designed a pdf online magazine template that is ready for script and image content to be added and final magazine design to be created. I also have some magazine content that has been created by others but I really need a professional editor to pick up from what has been created so far, then enhance it, create further content under my guidance and from the magazine design and contents page structure and topics.

The current magazine structure is to be approx 38 pages that will need content design creating for.

I can share the currently created magazine design and contents once I engage with an editor I feel conferrable further exploring their services with.

I am a start up company in year two so do not have a huge budget but I would like to start publishing new magazine editions, every quarter so as the company grows and time goes on, the budget will become greater for it and the editor as a long term partnership, if I meet the right editor and the magazine turns out well.
