I need an e-magazine creating to showcase key research

I need a digital designer who can create an interesting and easy to navigate e-magazine that showcases key research and articles to support better understanding of my product. Currently, I provide people with an email with multiple attachments (interesting research findings and media articles) and I find this a cumbersome and not very engaging. I would like a more user friendly and engaging digital format to present the material.

To support sales, I would like to be able to give prospective clients and e-magazine that contains:
1) Product overview
2)Contents page
3) Key benefits
4) I have multiple articles and research findings (PDF and hyperlink) that I would like to include in a user friendly format. If possible, I would like to reduce the size of some of the articles and I'm not sure if this is possible?
5) features product branding and logo
6) Includes video and audio embedded into the e-magazine

I am open to suggestions on the best format to present this material. I have played around with e-magazines and like this format.

In the attachment, you will find an article which currently requires 9 pages in an e-magazine, I would like to be able to reduce the size if possible and include the video content. I have multiple similar articles and I would also like to provide text that links to digital content on my youtube channel.

I am willing to negotiate the price.
