I need someone to add professional design, copyright information and contents list to a new version of my book: 'Great or Poor'
So it looks well laid out, clear, interesting and easy to read, with Chapter Headings and paragraph headings in appropriate places and with consistent design.
This isn't a complicated job, but one that I need someone with good attention to detail and who will put the time in to make it look really good.

I need the final version to be easily published as an ebook and print on demand book on Amazon.
I also have a 2-page handout on my material 'Slow Selling' to be designed in the same manner: a small additional job that I want doing at the same time in the same style.

Do you mind if this is layed out in InDesign as that is a standard program for making books ready for ebook and PDF Print? Also, do you have the chapter headings or would we have to come up with them? Thanks.
