Graphic Designer for Manual Layout

Educational resource manual designed as a PDF complete with active links. The design can be basic, however, must include readable images of apps and other images as laid out in the master file. Appropriate sizes and read ability.
It is about 25 pages - simple job - looking for an appropriate design, simple design - a little nicer than the sample - delivered with all the files.

The sample shows the simple design that can be replicated (but improved). The design should be easily accessible (text/font) with live links as outlined in master file.
