Design cover for a manual

I need a simple design in yellow and blue using content and logo I already have, to fit a template provided by the printer.

The manual is about how to shift your mindsets as a senior leader to be more effective. It describes coaching methods, at least some of which our readers will probably already be familiar with. It's a reminder to refer back to.

We say that a Mindset is a way of thinking, a belief, an attitude, or a thought-habit. Creating and choosing effective mindsets to fit various situations will allow you to maximise your leadership performance. Many senior people spend years fixating on systems and techniques for leadership, with diminishing returns, before discovering how fast mindset coaching significantly impacts performance.

I like simple covers like the two attached. Not too many fonts. Serious and academic looking enough. Easy to read and not fussy. Few colours. No pictures of people.

I will share the template, logo and written content for the front and back cover with my selected designer before you start work.
