Design A4 Presentation Inserts for Facilities Management Company

I’m looking for a professional graphic designer to create a set of A4 presentation inserts for a Facilities Management company.

These inserts will be used inside a branded A4 presentation folder and handed to commercial clients, managing agents and portfolio holders. The style must be corporate, clean, and professional — not marketing-heavy or “flyer-like”.

Minimal or no stock photography

Designed for print first, not social media

Deliverables

Print-ready PDFs

Editable source files (InDesign preferred, Canva acceptable if well-structured)

Fonts and assets included or clearly documented

I will supply all written content for each insert

You will be responsible for layout, design, and visual consistency

Experience Required

Proven experience with corporate or B2B design

Experience designing presentation folders, brochures or tender documents

Strong attention to spacing, hierarchy and readability

Budget & Timeline

Preference for someone who can complete the full set consistently
