Create an Annual Report

We need a professional to create us an Annual Report booklet in pdf format that could posted on our website and also printed. We would use this to show our funders, partners and members of our community the successes and achievements of our charity over the course of our last financial year (July - June). An example of one that we had made for us for last year is attached below.
We have plenty of photos and images from last year for all the different events and projects that we ran and we also have an idea of the colour scheme that we use based on our existing logo, although the designer would be free to express their creativity with the overall design, we don't like to be too prescriptive as long as it works for our needs.
We don't really have the time to write up massive amounts of text to go into this document, rather it would make it much easier for us to hold a webchat meeting where we would describe what we did last year whilst the designer takes notes to write the information into the document for us.
We envisage the whole process to take place as follows: An hour or so interview between us and the professional, we describe all of our successes, projects and achievements. The professional then designs the booklet for us with the write-up. We will send all the pictures, photos and logos as required.
