Cover Design and Layout ( Childrens Book-32 page format 8"x8")

I need a designer that can take my word document and photos and professionally lay them out to make an attractive book... each double spreads with cover and bak page 32 page format (square ) ... I provide a sample of 3 pages so you can show me your style and that you know what I'm looking for... I can not do it square in word so I have roughed it out for you to do...I can give you a version without the pics and the picture separately for the main job.

You can take a few days to complete the project. I want 2-3 minor revisions

The deliverables are indesign files:
1. that can be sent to the printer - indesign source file.
2. Pdf for the printer to print the book in colour
3. Epub for online version of the book

the sample is the last 3 pages of the book - 1 spread and back cover. Im really looking for what you do with the spread and tidy up my back cover mockup.
