Book formatting for amazon KDP and ebook

Hi,

I would like my book formatted to paperback and ebook formats please.

The main bulk of the book is the file called ‘obtaining coaching excellence’. Correct and consistent font sizes will need to be correct for chapters, headlines etc…

There are chapter divides in a file that need to be at the start of each chapter.

There is an infographic that needs to be inserted into chapter 3 where it says ‘insert diagram’ in italics.

There is an ‘about the author’ page that will need to be put in wherever you think is correct!

There is also the front and back cover that is there to be inserted please.

The text is approx. 60k words long.
