Annual Report typesetting in InDesign (expert level)

I would like some help with an annual report that is coming up for project start over the next few weeks, with delivery at end of February next year.

I'm looking really for a comprehensive inDesign expert typesetter who knows all about para and character styles, even grep styles and the ins and outs of the programme to make quick work of a big job.

I've done the past three annual reports for the bank, which is a large, successful leading retail bank with head offices in Bahrain. I am responsible for the creative and designing the report, overseeing the compiling copywriting, photography, typesetting, Arabic translation and then production to it's various media formats. The report has 500 copies printed in English and Arabic combined - which comes to a 180 page document - as well as 300 usb's printed and a microsite.

Don't worry about the Arabic, I'll do that, what I'm looking for is the English front section and Accounts section to be typeset (using previous years file as a base) with ongoing changes over the next 3 months. I would like it so I can provide you with the chosen design for this year and then you put it in the pages and then add the copy when it comes in dribs and drabs during the end of the year. Last year there was about 18 rounds of edits - I tend to do them in batches once a week and I would think it would be about 10 hours to start with and then 2 hours a week maybe until January when it peaks.

The accounts section arrives in February and needs an extremely fast turnaround of 1-2 days (max). I've done it in 12 hours straight - but it's hard work and you have to have an eye for detail.

This year's design was initially entitled "Come on a journey with BBK…" But the bank have further enhanced that to "A journey of Success". I attach the selected presentation for you to get an idea. The design is still in development stage and I'm on the job of sourcing an illustrator as my doodles just won't cut it ;-)

Maybe you know of someone to contribute in this field too? Let me know if so. In case you do, just to let you know, the bank also want to make the illustration more corporate and more as if you are "on a journey".

There needs to be some sort of online proofing system. I have used Proof HQ in the past quite successfully with them. But just so you know there are 3 or 4 different staff members on their side that need to make updates and annotations that we all can see and update accordingly.

I would also like the ability to have access to the indesign files at any time to adjust designs or tweak stuff.
