28 Page Smoothie Recipe Book/Booklet Design Required

Design details: I have written the attached content for a smoothie recipe book which contains 25 recipes. I will also need a front cover, a back cover and also a contents list on the second page.

The front cover of the book would need to look like something below:

The back cover can be whatever you feel appropriate. I would also need a barcode image on both the front and back cover of this book.

In the attached document you can see a mock up design of how I would like each page to display. I also have a set of 25 images of each of the smoothie recipes which I can send to whoever creates this book design.

Please can you send me examples of previous book/booklet designs you have created and also tell me what ideas you have for this smoothie recipe book so I can make a decision. Please also give me some ideas for the name of this book.

Also let me know a cost and a date that you would be able to have this work completed by?
