Experience Level: Intermediate
We require a whiteboard animation to be built so that we can create an easy means of explaining the process to be followed in using our product
we would want to speak to the developer through Skype or any other chat app so that we can look at the design together and not only through email.
This is presentation 1 of a number so it is important that the theme and understanding consistent throughout the many we will do.
the script would be as follows:
The slides represent the images as we see them
The area marked as text is what we expect to see as bullet points on the slide:
Slide 1:
Is your Practice profitable?
Slide 2:
1. Customer calls attormey firm to schedule an appointment
2. Receptionist captures details dirextly into Practice Manager and emails the Mandate and FICA Documents at the same time reviewing client conflicts

• Customer calls attorny to schedule an apointment
• His details are captured into Practice manager and relevent documents are emailed out

3. The receptionist schedules the appointent using PM integrated diary system

2. The attorny dictates notes and after the meeting emails them to his pa

2. She then types in the dictation

2. Once approved document is emailed to the client

1. The attorney invoices the client using all the charges that have been accumulated in WIP

1. The attorney looks at the various reports to see his financial position – Rands “R” (symbol) big smiles
Principle:
1. All activity recorded in file history
2. Cost associated with each function is recorded in WIP
