Video Slideshow production

I have learning content (aimed at teaching professionals mainly) that needs redesigning and modernising into engaging video. Initially I need 1 x 4 minute video. I'll provide the talkover, script and opening and closing powerpoint slide content. The ability to create slides with engaging animated slides with, ideally, cartoon still images etc.. is essential so someone with experience using good presentation software will be needed.
