Original graphics and design for animation

I need someone who can create a 2 minute animation about a complex subject 'modularisation'. The designer must understand the concept in the slides I provide (2) in order to turn them into something engaging rather than just copying them. I can help with storyboarding but really this needs to be the designer's vision.
ONLY NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS DUE TO CONTENT
Visuals are to be white line drawing on red background only. MUST DRAW ALL GRAPHICS FROM SCRATCH. I WILL NOT PAY FOR GRAPHICS THAT ARE TAKEN FROM STOCK TEMPLATES ETC.
No VO. Turnaround in a week.
