One minute animated video.

Hey, I need someone to create a short one minute animated video for me. The theme will be a cartoon avatar of a woman exiting this building and giving a small speech of freedom and then walking down the stairs a free woman. There will be a number of people on the pavement listening to what she has to say and applauding. The feeling needs to be freedom and liberty and the topic is transgender rights. I am not a designer, so I need someone who has the ability to design and imagine as well as create.
