Motion graphic video

I am looking to hire a video producer / animator for a homepage banner video. I have one creative concept in mind, but definitely open to other ideas and also need a recommendation on length. The video is to promote a company that offers operations services to start ups. The timeline is pretty short so I am looking for someone who can work fast for a 1-2 week deadline (including revisions).
