Looking for a 15 second professional animation of attached video

Hi,

I'm looking to have the attached video animated, but in higher res (4k preferable), a 16:9 ratio and without the weird color glitches in the background (changes colour in a line on the right). Also not a fan of how the circle gets brighter as the video goes on. Around 15 seconds length would be great. I also need the watermark from the AI generator in the bottom right corner removed.

This is a video rendition of a picture we use in several places on our site, so it needs to look the same as this. I have attached the original picture for reference, as well as the extended picture I used to create the example video (this has some of the colour glitching). We may be looking for variations of this video too, as well as different aspect ratios (i.e. 9:16).
