I need an eye catching project management animation (20-25s)

I need a short graphic animation to sit inside a much more complex video media presentation project. The animation will briefly outline the consultancy stages of understanding a client's brief for a potential technical media project. The message is fairly standard marketing stuff: broadly this involves understating what you are trying to say (typically about a novel product..), defining who you are trying to speak to - i.e. defining the target audience(s) - and identifying possible production avenues for media as well as final delivery options (web, YouTube, social media etc..). I suspect that something fairly fresh (bright) and simple will be ideal. Currently we are thinking about a whiteboard graphic, hand-drawn doodle or other simple animation style - but are open to suggestions if someone has an interesting style or idea that will sit well inside the project.

Ultimately the main media will run at 1920x1080 25fps.

This is a bit of a wild card request to PPH. We would normally do this in-house but are happy to put this out if someone can work this up for us and introduce a random element to our presentation. We can provide a more detailed voice-script workflow if we can identify a potential designer for this job.
