I need a highly skilled animator

This project focuses primarily around the topic of vehicle diminution, we feel it’s necessary to explain what it is. Diminution is the loss in value of a motor vehicle after it’s involved in a road traffic accident (which wasn’t your fault).

We would like you to create a 30-45 second animation video centred around an infographic we created here at Michael Lewin Solicitors. The infographic goes into great detail explaining what vehicle diminution is and showcases a poll study we conducted asking the general public if they would buy car A or car B (Car A: never damaged, Car B: damaged and repaired). Please take a look at both attachments to gain further clarity.
