Explainer video needed

Design details: I need an explainer video created that I expect to run between 90 seconds, to 2 minutes long.

The video I imagine will have about 20 points to make, needing maybe 20 graphics approximately.

I am attaching a copy that gives a an idea of how the storyboard / Script will be, but this might still change a small amount. Please read the script and you will see I have indicated my thoughts on a graphic suggestion that could be used to visualise each point.

It will need a voice over also.

Once you have thoroughly read it, please give me a quote, but also advise me which of the below graphic styles you recommend, and which style your quote is for...

Explainer video graphic styles...

A) 3D graphics animation?
B) 2D graphics animation?
C) Whiteboard animation?
D) Other???

Or, give me a different quote for each type of animation?

Dont forget to also tell me how long this will take?
