Create an animated video using pre-designed graphics/patterns.

I am looking for someone that can turn some static pattern graphics into an animated video for a website, we could accept this as an MP4 or possibly a Lottie.

The graphic is created in 3 colour hues, we would like the graphic to transition between the 3 colours but also add motion to the shapes. The original AI source file can be provided for full access to the vectors.
