Character animation - 5 minutes long with rigged characters

I need an expert in AE and rigging for character animation

Will be 5 minutes long with rigged characters and I will provide the illustrator file with the storyboards and all vector files.

It will need to follow the storyboard exactly and all characters will need fluid natural movements so no puppet tools they need to be rigged.

Price on here is just a starting point I will send storyboards with more detail
