Animation Loop for Website

I would like to create an animation loop of the man typing. The character and overall scene should be similar to the attached file. You will need to create 2 variations:

- One without text (as per the attached file)
- One with the following texts:
"Need to register quick." ---> Show this first then fade/make it disappear
"I don't want to miss this opportunity." --> Then show this then fade/make it disappear

This animation will be used on a website. Please look at the animations in this link (https://lottiefiles.com/marketplace/teamwork) to give you an idea of the type of animation I am referring to.

Would need you to provide the source files as well once done.

Please let me know how long it will take you to accomplish this and how much will it cost.
