Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
We produced a series of children's readers for a client last year.

They now want to look into having short animations produced.
Similar to, but better, than these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=501avWN_DRg&t=109s

I am looking for proposals to produce initially 1 animation, for one of the books 'Jack and the Beanstalk'.
• The book has 8 illustrated pages/scenes, some split into sub-scenes (see file uploaded).
• The artwork from the books was produced in Adobe Illustrator and will be made available.
• The client has audio recordings of the dialogue and some sound affects, made to support the books, which need to be used as part of the animations.
• The end animation needs to be in .avi format

There are 28 books, and so if the first is well received the other 27 may well be commissioned.

• Please only submit a proposal if you have proven experience turning static Illustrator files in to animation.
• Proposal must include some examples of similar previous work, ideally with the original static artwork and the end result animation.
• Please include an approximate timescale for how long you think you would need for Jack and the Beanstalk

Shortlisted proposals will then be sent sample files and given the opportunity to firm up their proposals before a final decision is made.
