Our service is the provision of a landline telephone number for a small business, it has 2 main benefits, the first being that it makes them look bigger than they are so they dont have to advertise their private mobile number on their website or business cards. The second is that inbound calls to the number divert to the device of choice e.g. business owners mobile, another landline or app. In addition the business owner can use the app to make outbound calls that displays their virtual landline number.

What message do we want to convey?
The process is effectively that of someone making an telephone call and the path that call takes to reach the recipient. All calls come to our Virtual Landline service and it is that clever technology that then diverts the call to one of the business owners devices. The caller cannot tell any difference all they hear is a standard ringing tone.
