    Without seeing the material with which the work should be done, and without having an idea of what style of animation is what you want, it is impossible to make a real budget.
    And, although you deliver backgrounds, characters (more than one?) and voice-over, the budget for 5 minutes of video is very low. Are you willing to discuss it?

    As I commented, without seeing the material and without knowing what type of animation you want, it is impossible to make a budget.

    Its something you will get access to once you get the job but keep in mind you ll get the character already pre cut for cut out and bgs already drawn for you. All you ll do is animate what is already given to you.
