A series of animated stings for a corporate event presentation

I need someone to create a series of "stings" to launch a number of different sections within a corporate sales training presentation. One of these stings will be to launch the show itself. I see these as being between one of 30 second and four of 15 seconds in length. They need to look professional and I would need to see evicdence of prevoius work. If you could let me know how much time you think you would need to create each one and your hourly fee, then I will be able to create a shortlist. This work is to be carried out in September. I have done these before in the past, but I am looking to try out new creative talent this year. I can share with the winner the examples of the work. It is for a blue chip client, so high profile, but not to consumers - it is for their #1 retail sales channel, another blue chip company in the high street. I would like to think that all of these can be delivered within five days cumulative billable production time. A creative identity for the presentation already exists. And for each of the smaller stings, clear creative direction will be provided.
