5 x Short 30 second animation videos

I have a project needing animation, 5 short video clips of around 20-30 seconds each, to be sent out with a certificate as part of an awards for young people. The Project is called Reach for the Stars and there are 5 categories, so the title would start the same and then each will have a short animation illustrating the category they have won (for example one category is Education Achievement - either improved grades/involvement in extra curricular activities/high level of attendance) - so the opening and ending are the same on all of them - just the middle changes for each of the 5 - I will add music myself and no VO required as titles are onscreen. Script attached

Is that something you could do in around two - three weeks? And what is the cost for the total of 5?
