4 second animation to show effectiveness of a safer bike bell

I manufacture Trigger Bell, a safer bike bell. Trigger Bell is safer because it can be pinged up to 1 second faster than traditional bike bells, which is around 5 metres sooner for a cyclist travelling at just 10 mph. To demonstrate this, I would like an animation that shows a top down view of two cyclists - one with a Trigger bell and one with a traditional bell as they travel along a road towards a pedestrian. The movement of the cyclists and the pedestrians should be relatively smooth.

I have attached a PDF showing the 4 second animation (which covers 2 seconds in real-time) and the example frames at 1 second intervals, starting at 0 seconds. The top half of the animation shows the traditional bike bell and the bottom half shows the Trigger Bell cyclist. In the final version, this order would need to be reversed please with Trigger Bell on the top. This is a simple mock up in PowerPoint so your creative input in making this look clearer would be much appreciated.
