To create a 3D view of an outdoor event (Carnival)

I need a designer to design a 3D visual of a carnival.

The carnival will be held at a park of size 40,000 sq meter and we are expecting audience of around 20,000.

Carnival will have huge Outdoor Screen / Rides (Giant wheel etc.) / Gaming Zones / AR-VR experience / Shows (Fire Show/Circus/Magic/Thrill etc.) / Kids Zone / Bars / Food Zones / Marketing and Promotional Stalls.

Will share park layouts later.
Will share 2D plan of the event.
