Three minute animation in 3D

Hi

I need someone to animate an approximately 3 minute animation in either 3D Studio Max, Maya or similar.

Few Points to consider

1 Must design one character.

2 Must design one chair.

3 The character must show to be angry, happy and normal.

4 There is no foreground or background.

5 Chairs must be multiplied to be seen as they are in hundreds.

6 There is no time limit so no rush.

7 I have a storyboard ready for the winning bidder.
