STL file for 3D Box and separate lid with cutouts and holes.

I need an STL file produced for a small box and lid. Box 89mm x 89mm x 55mm x 6mm, and lid 89mm x 89mm x 33mm. The box contains a cutout on each side for a 3 digit combination lock to be fitted, along with some 3mm holes for the lock and hinges on the rear of the box that hold the lid onto the box (Unless you have a better 3D filament hinge idea that is robust). The finished file will probably need tweaking as some of the combination locks seems to vary in size a little. I can provide a hand drawn technical drawing of the measurements and a photo of a mockup made from MDF.
