Simple 3D model

I need a simple 3d model for the exterior of a house. Everything should be to scale in feet. The starting plan is hand drawn, we most likely will need to discuss it together a little bit to make it clear enough to make the 3d model. Windows, doors as well as material should be added.

We want to keep it simple and keep it to this price. It's only for the municipality to authorize the built; they just need the general lines.
