Thames Ditton, GBDorian has been amazing at interpreting my very complicated grade 2 listed house. He has produced the most beautiful and professional technical drawings, elevations, floor plans and cross sections in 2D and 3D. His work is to an exceptionally high standard and he is easy to communicate with.

Thames Ditton, GBIncredibly happy with the work that Dorian did for me. He interpreted my wonky listed property perfectly. It has 4 very different elevations and Dorian managed to produce 3D sketch up images from inaccurate 1972 plans and estate agents floor plans.
I was able to see the alterations I want to make to the house in different materials. I will be using the images for my listed building applications. Dorian has an excellent knowledge of old buildings and a large catalogue of finishes suitable for a listed property. He is generous with his time and was quick to reply to my questions. Will definitely use him for any further work I have.

The original brief being for an "Uber modern" external makeover of an existing house with metal cladding, solar panels etc. Then a complete change of direction to cedarwood cladding over render which I did for a reduced hourly rate, which you loved but by the following morning had changed your mind but were offended because I asked for £20 for the further changes. A total of 3 designs and 9 rendered images which I have put in my portfolio for everyone to see what you paid a grand total of £85 for. If it was a poor experience then judging by all my other reviews, and 20 years unblemished record, it was of your own making.
