Renders for three rooms of a listed building for planning consent.

Hi,

We have a job at present with a very tight deadline, we are working on a listed building in England and need to produce some visuals for the planning officer. We're currently working on the interior concept (which will also need to be visualised). But it would be great to complete this job in two parts; the first creating a 3d model of the empty rooms and the second, adding in the furniture and other interior elements. If we can aim for the end of this week for the first phase and the end of next week for the second phase that would be great.

All DWGs and photographs of the space are ready and will be supplied as soon proposals are in and reviewed. If I can see samples of your work and your hourly/daily or job rate that would be great.

In summary, three internal rooms of a listed building turned into a scale 3d model to visual how we are going to use the space, tight deadline with all work completed by May 13th. Starting this week on the blank model and next week adding the interior elements.
