Realistic 3d design for inflatables -URGENT

We need someone experienced in 3D design of human characteristics to build a 3D render, which will be turned into an inflatable. The final file will need to be sent to us as an OBJ file for us to cut the fabric. However what I URGENTLY need is a good 3d visual to get sign off.

There would be a slight change to the position of the harpoon, as show in the attached image.

I have a sketch up file with all of the sizes available, however this is not a good enough working design for us to present.

All of the sizes (which can be changed to scale if needed).

I need this artwork back by the end of play today (UK Time)
