Parametric drawing

I need several images created of solar panels on the roof the images are going to be very similar, but there are going to be lots of them, so I need one background done with a tiled roof and one background done with the slate roof home background, down with the slate tile roof and then going to need single row or panel portrait 1 panel to panel three panel 4 panel 6-panel etc. then I'm going to need a second and so on we are trying to make a ready reckoner for creating it in an Excel spreadsheet but will then need to link it to a matching image.
