Office Interior design and furniture planning

I am looking for Interior Designer / Furniture modular or Cad expertise to help me create a design of a single view office room in 3d. This single view design is meant to be an example of my building services to one of our potential clients. If we secure the job then we'll get total of 3 huge rooms to work on.

The project involves the following (all in 3d):
1. Draw single view of proposed office room (to match the existing layout)
2. Insert 1 big storage unit with glass doors
3. Insert No.2 office desks
4. Insert proposed floor
5. Insert proposed spotlights

I have attached a pdf file with proposed pictures of office furniture (desks, chairs and cabinets) which have to be incorporated into the view.
