Interior/exterior Sketchup design of private house for refit

We require an interior/exterior SketchUp design for a 180sqm / 2 floors private house, envisioning a comprehensive refit.

Provided materials include:
- PDF files detailing the house's layout (interior/exterior) with complete measurements.
- Hand-drawn sketches of previous modifications.
- Videos and photographs of the house (interior/exterior).
- Inspirational visuals for the house redesign.
- Media of similar houses undergoing advanced refits.

Our needs are:
- A 3D SketchUp model of the house, suggesting a new design for the interior and garden, while largely preserving the current structure, to direct the contractors during the refit.
- The model should have a good representation of textures for proper material selection, without requiring photo-realistic quality.
