I need an image changing to look differently

Information for the business: Estate Agent
Design details: I have an image of a 3D rendered house. I need it to retain it's shape and style, but need it to be viewed from a slightly different angle or need elements removing/adding so it looks like a new drawing.
Ideas for the visual style: Perhaps change the style of windows or doors, a different background, remove flowers or add a tree. Or perhaps start again but from a different angle of view.
