I need a professional / quality 3D walkthrough video simulation

Design details: I have schematic CAD drawings (layout and elevation drawings) for a two storey (i.e ground floor and first floor) apartment building. There will be 2 apartment buildings facing each other on 2 plots of land measuring 120ft by 120ft with space in the middle for parking. Each apartment building will have 3 two-bedroom flats on the ground floor, and 3 two-bedroom flats on the first floor. The schematic drawings will be provided to the preferred bidder showing all the above.

I need a high quality 3D walking video simulation of the development (i.e. exterior and interior of one of the apartments, the apartment buildings and surrounding areas within the site).

I attach an idea of the general layout of the buildings and colour scheme. The first floor plan will mirror the draft ground floor plan attached. Each apartment is colour schemed, and simple. The project is affordable apartments, not luxury apartments. The draft 3D pictures attached are to give you an idea of layout. The final CAD drawings should be followed which will be provided to the preferred bidder in the proper format subject to signing an NDA.

The information attached should be sufficient for you to please give me a fee quote for doing this work, and also timescales for turning it around. Please also give me examples of similar work you have done to demonstrate experience.
